I used to swim just below the little waterfall. There was a sawmill and flour mill combined that ran off a waterwheel and just up the street toward the village was a blacksmith shop. This was in the 1930/40's. My grandmother had a cottage just south of the Government dock along the shoreline of Lake Couchiching. Memories, memories.
