Most of my Panoramio photos are of NYC, where I have lived all of my life. My photos are the pictures that I see when I walk around my home. Some are of well-known places but many are not. Many of them were taken below 23rd Street, in neighborhoods such as the East Village and the Lower East Side. All of my photos are tagged with a street name or other location identifier: click 'Show all tags' on any album page, to see my complete tag list and to look for photos at a specific location. Have fun in photography.

I sure will Diane, its a long hello from America.

This was the Home of pianist Vladimir Horowitz from the 1940s until his death in 1989. Just behind those second floor windows sat a nine foot Steinway concert grand piano on which he played daily. There were also several recordings made here in his later years. Search YouTube for "Vladimir Horowitz - The Last Romantic" if you are interested.

Ha Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha haI think it is the same officer that I have in mine, very nice I love your photo greetings magnificent applause, Rebecca

These wind mills are spread out over the region here. Just around my howme rise two of them.

The engineer company that build these ones in our area has gone discredited. They did not excpect that much costs in warranties and repair services. The more wind mills they sold the more they had to pay!

aha... so I think we should be happy that the elements are left over and the dragons do their job anywhere else ;)

I suppose they can't help with our recent challenges
