Hi James T, yes according to information, zambales is the only place that pines trees can be found at this latitude. Mt Tapolao (some spell it tapulao, but my spelling is the right one because the Sambal alphabet does not use "u" as a vowel and "tapolao" is the local name for benguet pine tree) is the highest peak in central luzon at 2037 mtrs.
