I could not post Leonardo da Vinci s 1508 Leda and the Swan in an American family forum. To Leda's right we see the rock structure I have been looking for around Lake Como. To the picture's right we see a white flower, a purple swan and an oil painting lesson. Atmospheric perspective is painted in layers and I am thinking the purple pigment comes from white flowers. Across the water we see Sala Comacina. Half way up the hill we see the Santuario Madonna Del Soccorso and near the top of the hill we see San Benedetto. U may note I am reserving the option of changing my opinion as more information becomes available. The muse is right but are my attributions correct?
Esta igreja é simplesmente horrenda! Concordo com o que foi dito com relação a antiga Igreja, que ela linda, cheia de detalhes, gótica e acima de tudo FRUTO DO ESFORÇO DE UMA COMUNIDADE, não apenas vontade de uma pessoa que simplesmente impôs esse atual projeto de MAU GOSTO e decidiu botar abaixo a antiga! Uma pena. Hoje lamentam-se, pois poderiam estar ganhando uma bela grana com o turismo (vide as casas de madeira em Antonio Prado). Mas fazer o que, sinto muito, a ignorância imperou.

Não conheci a igreja antiga, mas vc tem razão, não se fazem mais construcões como antigamente faziam, principalmente em igrejas. AJBonatto.
