Just FYI, it's SNEAD Island, not Sneed.
Very nice road!
Great photo of a tough subject. I wish the sign and fence weren't so far away so it would be easier to check the place out!
I wonder if this was a church or a school? I visited the site a few weeks ago and the layout of the building design struck me as non-residential. It reminds me a lot of similar buildings along the RR tracks that I saw in Aucilla and Altha, not too far from here. The wood of this place has so much character. Great photo, Ken!
I had the privilege to photograph this beautiful place this past weekend, and it is in incredible shape. A remarkable home that is definitely restorable and definitely deserving!
I think a citrus packing facility is the best guess. I was just hoping that you had tracked down a document somewhere to verify! Thanks for your photos, Ken.
Ken, I have my eye on you. You can run but you can't hide. Just in case you want more candy, Lake Hallstatt, Austria awaits. Richard from Northern California. http://www.panoramio.com/photo/107083937

Late 1800's, my grandaddy was from near by here. I remeber it as a kid going in it.
