Hi Joe, nice to hear from you. Sorry to take so long to reply, been away. The info that you gave me doesn’t fit anyone exactly in my tree. There was a Samuel J Power b.1873 at Affane whose father was Captain William Power who was b.1834 in Affane and d.1902. Samuel however, was unmarried and was the final inheritor of Affane. He sold it to a local person in the 1950s. This doesn’t sound as though it’s of much help to you.
Before that there were a number of Samuels and Johns but none with the same titles etc as you mentioned. Do you have dates?
