John Adamson Hi! John ;>) This old church on the headland often has a flag fluttering from its mast and it indicates very accurately, the wind direction and strength, a most essential requirement for my boating activities ;>)
Greetings wo-ra-pong, the old church clock can be seen for many miles, there is also a sundial on the south facing wall. Only the west and south faces of the stone tower have clocks. The other two faces of the tower are not easily seen by the towns folk, so these clocks were omitted in the initial design!! it saved the extra cost!!
