I find it odd that there are no hi-resolution images of the antarctic interior, or am I just looking in the wrong places? Please don't tell me there aren't any, because if that's the case.. we may be living on a flat Earth after all! And I would hate to eat crow on that one!
The Blue Clover grows only on tops of very desertic mountains. Its colour is due to the cold winds endless blowing there. Some say that if you see both the Blue Clover and a rainbow, it's time to go back down. Remember please, virtual visitors, that Kerguelen is an island, among the most isolated ones (sometimes called Desolation). Heighs show it with the surrouding sea. This is not a place to escape from something or oneself but a place to walk, sweat and shiver. Most of its sights are quick encounters of natural elements (sometimes wildlife), instant time and lucky but committed people. Thanks to those who also take and share pictures like the above one !;> )

This is not "EVER POND" as noted in your Google Earth pic -- it is SWEET BAY POND per Everglades National Park Map
Jettie is mis-spelled. Plural is jetties but this ishows a singular item which is spelled jetty.

This picture is placed next to Jenny lake but this is NOT a picture of Jenny Lake.
I loaded many a carton of egg plant in this old packing house (silver building) next to the Evinston Post Office (forground left).
