My Father worked at the flour mill 1/2 block east of this station. He worked there for over thirty five years. The mill is no longer there . I remember going with my mother to pick my dad from work many times...we would stop and buy gas at this station. They had many employee's and they all wore nice white uniforms and it was a very professionall full service station. Glad someone has preserved this Dallas landmark.
This building once stood just outside of Saratoga NC, ( off Exit 51 on 264 bypass).. it has since been demolished ( around 2013 i believe) at the intersection of Grimsley Store Road and NC 91..
