I love nature and all of God's little creatures. The countryside, the streams, the pastures, and the woods. Anything and everything outdoors ~ All of the beauty and the gifts from above! I like to photograph these places and try to remember them in my head when I'm stuck inside and can't get out on a beautiful day. There is so much beauty all around us ..... I don't want to miss a thing!

The Altamaha Apiaries. Located in the unincorporated town of Gardi, GA, 7 miles south of Jesup, GA on Highway US 341. Built around 1900 and first used as a General Store, and then later as a Post office. It was sold in 1941 and became the Altamaha Apiaries. It was said to have always been surrounded by honeybees.

SPREWELL BLUFF STATE PARK. A large park lying along the river's edge. During the low water seasons there are acres of small, water tumbled stones of many varieties and a rock hound's paradise. It is especially scenic in the late fall when the area is ablaze with colors from the hardwood trees.

Google has decided to kill a popular and simple platform: business reasons are more important and in our world it's a nonsense to keep something free. Intstead to ask us for a rent (it would have make sense) they do prefere to move all of our pictures to the slipshod Google+.

I have seen that many of us are moving instead to Ipernity which is not the same as Panoramio but makes possible to keep the same mood that we live here.
