Finally! Found it! Verified it in Google Earth! This is a view looking back southwest while we were heading home! Knew if I looked long enough I'd find it!

This is their flagship restaurant - lots of neat lights on the building itself and trees and areas around building.

In this photo you are standing on Smith Road, looking north towards the old Ancaster Fairgrounds, and the new Fire Station at the corner of Smith Road and Kitty Murray lane. Take a good look, because it won't be long before this is all bought up and developed into housing.

Yes, the old Ancaster Fairground site has been redeveloped into a housing subdivision. This was done by Mattamy Homes and is just now (Sept 2011) nearing completion. The fairgrounds have relocated further west near the intersection of Wilson and the Copetown Road.

This is the entrance of Emick Drive from Kitty Murray Lane. This view looks westward and runs parallel to Garner (Rymal) road. This entrance is right behind the new Fire Station.

Gracias por su comentario! No permanecía en este hotel. Permanecía en el Brises Del Caribe. Pasé en un viaje a través de este hotel solamente. Parecía como un lugar muy agradable, y permaneceré quizá allí un día. Tenga un gran día!
