I believe this is Terminus Road, Eastbourne. There is an Oggy Oggy location there, according to the Oggy Oggy web site, and the furniture restoration people have a website that says they are in East Sussex. Also, the itinerary you show above has Terminus Road on it, so I think that's the place.
