looks like I never replied to this. We do travel a lot! Went to China a couple of years ago and enjoyed it very much. We came from Boston area where trade with China was very important several hundred years ago. Even more important now!

Thanks - I have changed the name. It was as you suggest, taken from the wall. I believe we were near (but not on top of) the tower

Oh, what a strange old tree. The distortion of the trunk, the bald tree crown, and the branches stretching to the sky, showing of it has been difficult to pass all those harsh test of windy knife and frost sword. Respect to it! Best regards from China, wayfarer99
