I used to play in this area 40 odd years ago and apart from the extension of the airport it has not changed a bit. I can remember the top of the new road bridge appearing bit by bit and the hill just to the right of the picture which has the trees on it was blown up over a number of years to make road stone

the left goes north along livingston road,the right merges to the south carriageway livingston rd.
