Auntbugs, Thanks for the heads-up.
We nearly walked past without noticing them. Some are ear-tagged with yellow.
54After54: What a great bunch of panoramas you've posted! Were these really shot with an Apple iPad? If so, I'm taking the Canon 5D mkiii off my wish list and getting an iPad.
A very nice and informative panorama. You should post more often.
I'm sure that working on that ranch gave you a lot of chances for some real adventures! Beautiful and isolated country.
Thanks for your nice comment. I don't see it as being so perfect since I can see 3 stitches, which most times I can get rid of. No special camera -- 2004 Canon 20D 8Mp with an 80-200 f4L lens, which is a nice lens. The stitching was done either with Photoshop CS2 or Photoshop Elements 7, which is a fine piece of software.
The lake is Lily Lake, not Winchell Lake, which is almost behind you, over your right shoulder. :-)
Nice pic. Thanks for sharing.
Lovely image. I like the contrast and the clouds.

Ok cool. Yeah I knew South Park was around here, and have searched it :) I figured since the possible town of South Park wasn't very well defined that it meant the whole basin area there west of the mountains in Lost Park, but I still wasn't 100% sure. Now I know it's a general term with a specific meaning.
These rock formation sound very neat to me. Just really cool scenery to be hiking among them. Yeah, good to know at least, neat info.
What a gorgeous image!
