It is not a wall, but the ruins of an abandoned farm belonging to the family Lhomme-Leroy. It was used as a secret hiding for weapon, ammunitions, radio equipment, during WWII (especially late 1943 and 1944). Weapons were air dropped on Seillac from UK, and it was one of the secret places used by local resistance in this area. (source: Raymond Compain, WW2 resistant in this area, who participated in collecting dropped containers, and used this storage)
