I was in Białowieża today and i had spoken to the guide about the railway car and trolley. It seems that these 2 things belongs to Carska Restaurant in Białowieża and they probably are available to rent. Moreover, he said that you can travel by them through railwaytrack from Białowieża to Czerlonka (10km) or Hajnówka (20km). It sounds pretty cool.
