Can still make this view in early mornings from near temple at Panagoda Army camp, at Dikhethekma in Meegoda when you come from Colombo in the Highlevel Road you can see the mountains rising above the clouds directly before you. Also, from top of the Kurugala Rock between Watareka and Padukka in the Padukka-Colombo Road too you can have a great view of Siri Paada range and also of Colombo city and port.
