Vielen Dank, Erika. Das war noch ziemlich am Anfang meiner PA Zeit. Ich werde aus familiären Gründen wohl in der nächsten Zeit wieder etwas öfter in Bremen sein.

Daniel, thank you so much for your feedback. It is possible the old man was right, but he must have been a young boy when the Earps were in Tombstone, They left 1883 so it is possible if he was like 7-8 years old at the time. The truth is the Earps were no saints, Wyatt was once accused of stealing a horse in his younger days, but the Clantons were rustlers who stole cattle from Mexican side of thee border and sold them further in US. We must remember that those times were so different, it was a rowdy mining camp and they said a corpse was found practically daily in Tombstones alleys. The highway 80 still runs tthru the town, it is Fremont street, but there are plans to redirect the higgway and restore Fremont street as it was in 1880. Allen street is in excellent shape, and there buildings that are from that era, but rrestored. You sshould go back to Tombstone and relive the history as the town is full of it. Cheers, Harri

Ulli, thank you so much. Greetings, Harri
