Normally I would agree with opabeta who comments that Co refers to Company, not Cow. But in this case, if you click through and blow up the photo and look at the lettering, you will see the very clear outline of the missing "W".
Remains of chimney from Frank Lloyd Wright's Rose Pauson House, locally known as "Shiprock" before its relocation for extension of 32nd Street. I spent most of 1972-1974 hanging out in the ruins of this house. Excellent photos of the original house and ruins are here.
