From witch location to wich location did you navigate this river? I'm planning to packraft this river and would like to know from where I may start. Some Google Earth satelite images give the impression thaqt willows cover in the some parts the entire river.
Hey Gerald. Yes, that was a great spring evening - no wind, rising fish, and a soft sunset glow on the clouds. The mountains in the background are the Absarokas, (the Crow Indians pronounced them Ab-sor-kees - which means "Children of the large-beaked bird" or raven. Legend has it, when you are near them you fare well, whenever you travel away from them you fare worse. True or not, they sure give Paradise Valley a spectacular backdrop...
