Dude, use some other word than that to address someone. Yes, this photo has the saturation enhanced, but the ocean can be blue there in that light. Remember the ocean reflects the color of the sky, which is blue other than the orange from the sun on the few clouds at sunset.

That picture is not changed in Photoshop. It does have a star filter on the camera and it is purposely underexposed.
