The lazy Warba Centre lies in the heart of the city, the Murraqabat Police Station area, formerly better known as the Dubai Cinema area. An absolutely quiet mall (if it can be called one). Frankly, worth ignoring.
The surreal environment of the Dubai creek with all its floating vessels carrying partying animals can only be experienced by a ride. Make sure this ride is in the late evening to note the lighting effects given to a nearby 'Old Souk'.
The landmark Rashid Hospital is truly a world class government hospital with its exceptional state-of-the-art medical and trauma centre complete with a helipad (not seen in the pic) as can be seen on the Google Earth.
