Great Pictures, Marcus. But sorry, there's no granite in them. This is limestone. The only granite seen in a boat trip is as large pink stripes intruding the black schist. This is seen well at Crystal Rapid and is called Zoroaster Granite.
The boat is the pilot boat George was the chief pilot for many years He is now retired but still living close to this photo. I have been captain of the boat fo over 10 years now taking the pilots back and forthe to the ships
