The Sierra Leone Palace of Justice. This photograph was taken during Aug 2001. The Palace of Justice is located next to the Freetown Cotton Tree (visible on the right). This image was taken from the barrier around the old U.S. Embassy.

This picture was taken during August 2001. It's a fishing boat, which was beached just south of Freetown.

Many of the farmers use small mechanical tractors for plowing the larger rice fields but some of the smaller ricefields are plowed using water buffalos.

St Sergei Monestary, Serviev Vosad, Russia. This is considered to be the holiest of the Russian monestaries and is located approximately an hour to the northeast of Moscow.

Laaka Beach, Sierra Leone is a spectacular location. The beach is spotless, and there is a collection of beach houses which are literally right on the shore.
