I don't understand all the fuss. It is a beautiful house, partially carved into the redrock. As for FLW I don't think he would be upset, he has designed just as big and out of place homes as well. The chapel sticks out like a sore thumb, especially with its massive cross and pale color.

One could say with its deep red color, multiple curves and arches that this home fits in better with the natural surroundings than many of the other homes in Sedona.

Thank you. Sedona is just magical. It would be hard to take a bad photo there. This photo was taken during the pink jeep tour.

It's a deal! I loved making this particular piece and am planning to shorten it to a more manageable size for indoors. :D On the other hand, I think it would pretty interesting in an outdoor garden just as ---maybe over or in a water feature....hmmmmm....gotta think about that. Thank you for your kind comments...art is never easy--you feel like your heart and soul are being judged and in truth, they are. I create because I need to--if others like what I do, it's wonderful. If they don't, that's ok too---I didn't create it for them. :) (That's the only reasoning that keeps me semi-sane...lol)

For sure Tamara. Thank you for your beautiful comments.

There just aren't words big enough to describe the canyon. . .beautiful picture! :)

Thank you Tiopepe. I enjoy taking and sharing my photos. I hope to share and enjoy other peoples photos for many years to come.

Wow, I loved the Palo Verde trees in and around Arizona while there on vacation. Check out my photos of your beautiful state. Bravo Arizona.

Absolutely stunning---there are times when nature demands that you stop what you are doing and pay your respects to her glory.

Phantom Ranch is a very popular destination. Must plan ahead of time...
