I first saw this gate when I was nine years old. I was awe struck all I could see. After a while the guard made us move away. Almost 30 years later I worked in the Directors Building immediately behind the guard's station. Ate breakfast and lunch nearly every day at Olblat's. This photo is the image I have of Paramount. Is there a way that I can purchase a copy of the picture.
My dad use to own that shop and I worked there for a couple of years. It looks closed.
The corner of Pacific Avenue/Via Marina (along with main channel) cannot be seen (pictured) from the “balcony” where your camera was allegedly placed, as location; so move your camera in correct position, please and remap. It looks at least like South Via Donte/Via Marina or even far away from Pacific Avenue North East along channel.
Now correct in Panoramio as far as cemetery being Arlington National. Still not corrected in Google Earth as of July 2010. That may take some time.
Großartiges Bild! Kudos!

Nice! Great cloudage!
Ah irony my misunderstood love...
Would you deny that the Reel Inn is a "Fish Shack"? Now we would not want to call this a restaurant, do we?
This is really a great view! Thank you for upload this at Panoramio! Greetings from Germany! Michael
