- This is Warwick Castle and was taken in June 2005 while on a coach trip from Spalding in Lincolnshire.
- Ye Olde White Horse in Churchgate Spalding. It has a reputation as a good all round public house.

Having re visited the coronation channel with my sock detector i have still been unable to be re united with my beautiful socks, I understand john and kate winslet were seen wearing a pair of bright green socks similar to the ones i left on this boat.
