Watch out for that hairpin out of nowhere! Hahaha. Nice picture of the North Dakota openness. Greetings from the mountains of Virginia, where you may find 180 degree curves in the road. -Malcolm

Thanks, You captured wonderfully, the panorama from the top of the tower on the Big Walker National Scenic Byway overlook. Your shot captures better than I have been able to, the entire view. Great shot!

Thank you for the update tjricha1. I apologize for trespassing as I didn't realize your family was farther up the road. You are quite correct, the house was in very good shape. Given that it is over 100 it is a monument to how well it was built and the care your family gave it. I thought perhaps it had been vacant for only a few years. I must admit I admired the toughness of the people who lived through North Dakota winters with only single panes of glass in the windows.

Jon-Paul, I have seen this view from Ft. Lewis many times. It is almost other-worldly the way Mt. Ranier seems to just rise up out of the Earth and dominate the sky.

I have looked at all your pictures and really have to compliment you on your eye for color, light and composition. That we all should be so skilled.
