My name is John Hunnicutt II and I have been an amateur photographer since 1991. I moved to Tucson, AZ. in 1986 when I was 13 years old, on the drive here I envisioned a dry desalinate sand box with no color. To my surprise the desert can be and is a very beautiful place to live, such colors and designs in the sunsets. The views, the canyons, the mountains, the wildlife, the violent storms; give such life and beauty to the desert.Photography fills me with joy to be able to capture a place & moment for all time, seen through my eyes.

Beautiful scenery & very nice shot. Like - My regards!
Magnificent tonalities & nice silhouettes! I Like it so much!
fantastic image! Real art !
This is a wonderful photo... and just a few steps from my home. I agree completely with what you said about expecting a barren landscape in Tucson. When I lived in the city I hated Tucson. Now that I live in Marana in the gorgeous Sonoran Desert I see things completely differently. :)
