This is not Commercial Street. This is the Whydah Pirate Museum at the end of MacMillan Wharf, headquarters of famed explorerer Barry Clifford. It exhibits the artifacts and treasures of the Whydah Galley - the world's only fully authenticated pirate shipwreck ever discovered. The white sign indicates the entrance to the boarding ramp for one of the Dolphin Fleet Whale Watching ships which docks at the Museum.
