I'm not sure about the lake itself, but there's a stream flowing through the canyon directly east that has cutthroat and probably some browns in it.
I'm sorry I didn't notice your response for 3.5 years. I've found the actual Crater Lake that gets stocked. It's a little green pond just barely south of Salina Reservoir, north of the summit of Gooseberry Road on the FLP.
Small fish in there, but quite a beautiful little lake.
