You're welcome Micahsma! The myriad tangle of roads on the Rez can be confusing at the surface. I usually pinpoint a landmark, and keep my eyes on it. And I made a mistake; Ken has a Dodge pickup, not a Ford. I saw it at church this summer :-)
A beautiful shot of a northwest New Mexico landmark! Exactly the image I am looking for to use as part of a project. Can you please contact me?
This is the spot on the movie, "Easy Rider", where the guys ride into the sunset with the Carrizo Mts in background. That scene is looking opposite to the camera. Nice pic!
I´m sorry, yes, the right name is "water tower", and the location is correct now. Wichita Falls is a beatiful town!! Greetings
Caracosa and DaveO thank you for your comments. Dave, I think you might be right, its taken from Cumberland Mountain (ironic because I am from the original Cumberland). It is one of the most beautiful places I have visited in USA, including Alaska!
Greeting from the flat and not so beautiful North Carolina.
Land of the bigfoot :-)
Impressive shot catching the fire-bomber at the moment it was dropping its load.
In the Lukachukai Mountains on a friend's grazing property. My 4x4's suspension is still in shock, after the ruddy trail into this area.
Looks like a cool slot canyon!
