These 'Three Foot Islands' are unknown to me, however, closeby to the south there is the 'Three Foot Rock' which hardly reaches above the sea level - most probably not even 3 feet. Often it is clearly visible due to sea which is breaking.

yes, that old monster, been there last summer, climbed up to the top (from inside) that was impressive. It's also in my list of Top places in Latvia!
