Now I paste a photograph (not mine) of this december version of the statue. In catalan "ocell" means bird, but in slang can be a dick, so, what means the tutu, or maybe is a preservative, in the pre-prepucial zone of the bird?

The dragon is a great Gaudi's sculputure, althiogh not in this Park. You have to move it to the Parc Guell.
