No, it's the Tanglewood house lawn, not Highwood house. I'm certain of this because I picnic on this lawn every summer.

There is a photo take from the Highwood house lawn by robmmorris on Google Earth.

The Tanglewood house is now used as a visitor center (ground floor) and music practice rooms (upper floor). Highwood house, the other manor house on the property, serves as a venue for receptions and a restaurant for donors to the Boston Symphony.

This was named in honor of John & Jane Fitzpatrick, Berkshire residents and to Tanglewood and the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
