been here couple of times. i got there by boat (MV rOMBLON bAY) from Manila. You can also take a Sea Air flight from Manila as well.

The "Resort somewhere outside Iligan" is Timoga Springs. Last time I was there, in January 2007, our family had the whole complex all to ourselves for half a day!
