in the northern part of alberta we have a mixed boreal forest, primarily spruce, pine, and poplar . central and south is primarily farmland and prairie.
it was a quite small bridge, and mostly fallen apart although the access we believed to be a logging access. The bridge seems to be much older than the logging activity in general. the access continues generally north and will eventually link to the Tony Tower area. There was no obvious evidence of any settlement in the area. let me know if i can answer any thing else.

thanks Herve, it was a beautiful day, and a nice spot. the fish is a goldeye, and they are a good sport fish, but no good to eat.
