Actually this photo is taken from the stairs at Tables looking north to the Seaside Reef. I know I live there and surf It all the time.

I live up the hill from Encina Power Plant, which is pictured here, not a factory in the popular sense, but it is a factory producing electrical power... Nice photography...wish I could do that.
