This was taken from the Pali Highway at the Honolulu bound turn out to go to the Pali Lookout (this is about a mile past the tunnels when headed toward Honolulu), so would facing close to due east, as you looking across the highway and slightly to your left. I have seen it blowing upwards and to the side several times.

The 160 baht buffet breafast was even better. he went bust last year!
