Beautiful photo! Very evocative of the Bella Coola area. To dig in deep to the contemporary story around efforts to preserve this natural beauty, check out my 2011 novel Bella Coola: The Rainforest Brought Them Home at www.earldjames.com. thanks...

I am grateful to have seen photos around the world that are maybe not the most beautiful, but give an idea of what places look like that I have never been. So thank youAndreas, and all of the Panoramio users, for your photos.
Pretty sure this is the same 3 bears (Mother and 2 cubs) that were walking opposite the campsite on an almost daily basis. We were there early October 2008.

My family and I go to Wells Gray every year. It's an incredible place. What a beautiful capture you have here. LIKE. Greetings from Kamloops, BC. ~Ivy

Antonio - thanks for the constructive comment - noted. But we were the only soles on the street. And not worth much more attention - believe me.
