This is a photo of the "Honey Pot" (aka quick sand or mud) on Tide Mill Creek in Jonesboro, Maine. Most of the land is now protected by the Downeast Coastal COnservancy.

Craig P Snapp I've been pursuing digital photography/cartography and doing volunteer work for several land conservation organizations since retiring from a long career in Silicon Valley. My Maine home bases in Steuben and Brunswick have allowed me to concentrate my photography on far down east coastal Washington County and the southern mid-coast regions.
