Julie I lived in one of your Dad's rental units around 1973. I also help build the trailer park. I remember him telling us stories about his early days. I believe this is on Aviation Blvd in Redondo Beach ... near Grant Ave. Aviation used to be named Pier Ave.
I think this is a quilt store today, had been a motorcycle dealershop too.
