I've reported it to Mohave County Sheriffs, but they didn't seem all that interested honestly. There are many buildings like this around Oatman. The ones near the Moss mines are probably the best of the ruins. I have some photos on here of it. Hit the end of El Rodeo to the east past the dump to find these ruins and the Quarry. The quarry is truly impressive.

Creepy, reminded me of this photo: http://www.freewebs.com/almosthauntedla/boothill_ghost_lg.jpg I was in that hole for quite some time in the dark attempting some long term exposures that didn't come out right.
The mines stay around 70 - 75 degrees typically unless you have a warm body in there. The ambient air temperature rises quickly and it feels very humid.
