It appears you are correct about the location, but i paid for my ticket and took the photo out the window of a first great western train. As you can see by the elevation you can see i am not on the track nor would i be so foolish as to stand on a train track. The photo was already posted otherwise you could not have been able to view it.

I drive by this place everyday , it's great to see the red arrows training there;
