This is Kalami Bay. Kouloura is next to Kalami on the North side. 100% positive. I'm from Corfu, and I was just there again in July. No doubt about it.
Most propably is Avlaki beach. I have visited the place and your photo looks familiar. Moreover, if you compare your photo with the photo of Avlaki uploaded by "ilpresidente" you will recognize the similarities.
Avlaki is located a couple of beaches to the west (North 39 46 54.97 East 19 57 14.78)

I don't know the right position and name of the place I photographed. If someone knows please tell me.
The village is somewhere in the mountains in the north of Corfu and AFAIK there you can get a special drink (a kind of lemonade).
