My family lived in Uder as far back as the mid 1700's, probably earlier. Some time in the mid 1800's, some of them moved to Berlin and then on to America. In March of 2010, we will celebrate 120 years of Biel's in America. Uder looks beautiful. I hope I find it possible to visit there one day.
