Hmmmm bit tenuous this one I think! You mark a spot in RAF Leuchars where you took the photo from and our Lightning XR753 is intercepting the Russian Bear God knows where!!! Any idea which Lightning pilot actually took the photo? However p**s taking aside, it is a superb photo!!! GL

Served at Leuchars 1965 to 1969...Safety Equip Sections...'Chutes & Dingies... + Squadron Aircrew's Flying Clothing Sects...Stan Tunnicliffe was Flt.Sgt and Joe Gillan was Sgt....Great time servicing all Squadron's aircrew Safety Equipment & Flying Clothing. My 2 new WRAF recruits, under supervision,packed the 'chute' used in the successful ejection of Flt. Lt. Alan Turley....I packed his Liferaft...perfect ejection and recovery.....Pity he didn't have the courtesy to say 'Thanks' to the girls....Really P....d me off that did !!
