I worked as a summer student here in 1969, just about finishing university and start preparing for the unknown future in life. Here, many thoughts came through my mind while enjoying the most memorable sunset.

Where is Gum Wing Street from this T-intersection? That street is very close by here. Thanks.

It housed the high school section in the 1950s. At that time I attended primary grades on the north (opposite) side of the road which was later torn down for the new high school building. Those front door steps and the two yellow gates bring back many good memories. We boys crossed the street to play in this building during lunch hour. Thank you for posting this photo.

I could only recalled two of my kindergarten days there: 1) I was on stage to act as a worm, while I changed to the act clothing , I was embarassed to find I wore no underwear; 2) I recalled in the east end of the Yuen Chow Street there was an one storey building in which birthday parties were held.

Magnificant building. In 1964, it was possible for visitors (I was there) to climb up the stairs to the top of the dome. The view of the city (no sky-scrapers at tht time) then was equally magnificant.
