Thanks Edooo! We were in Sanski Most in July and the bridge was indeed closed for repairs. Hopefully we'll be back one day, to see how the new bridge looks :)

The photo was taken from the Bielerspitze and shows the Bielerkopf cross (150 meters lower) and the Silvretta Stausee and dam, 400 meters lower still.
